I usually do a workout fairly similar to this, i will give this one a try though.

I cannot workout in the morning for some reason. I just don't think I am a morning person. This workout seems like something that will kickstart me in the morning. maybe I will give it a try! However I am best working out in the evening.

It is also hard for me to workout in the morning. I do not have enough motivation to do so. :p
But when I used to commute early mornings before heading school or work, I could have some workouts since I do need to walk some distance to reach the waiting station for vehicles. And sometimes run walk run to avoid being late. lol
