HELLO PEOPLE.

I had a calling today after eating a double chocolate cookie from subway i bought today while watching tv. For some reason i looked at my tummy and it was laughing at me.

It was then that it occurred to me...'IM NEED TO LOSE THOSE FATS AND GET ABS'.
My belly button was shouting to me with its last breath before it got devoured in by its neighboring layers of fats

Thats right.

Im going to do it and chalk my progress every 2 weeks or so. I guess it will be a good experience for me as well as for others who might want to join me in this challenge too!!

As such, calling all supporters and flamers! Aid me in my awesome journey!!

ADVICE! Meals i should take, exercises i should do, how many times i must masturbate, how many reps of intense sit ups! PLEASE SHARE AND HELP ME:)

Just a side note if ur wondering why the tile and 245 days. Im actually in the army now serving NS. Thats the number of days till my ORD date!. SOO I CAN SAY 'ORD LOH' WITH 6 FAB ABS PEOPLE!.:D
Partially influenced by the movie Julie & Julia if any of you watched it, you should know why. Its a cool movie btw.

First, you should start off by moving towards a more complex carbs diet. Start getting into the habit of eating smaller and more meals a day. It may be difficult to do so while in NS. I suggest bringing stuff like instant oats, wholemeal bread, cereals, etc to camp. These food are convienient, and easily available. A good example of instant oats is

It is cheap, good source of complex carbs, and can be found in many NTUCs and other supermarkets .

Exercise wise, cardio should be your primary focus. To get chiseled abs you would need to lose the excess body fats. You can increase the number of sit ups you perform daily. But understand that ultimately for the abs to show well, your body fat % has to go down to a single digit. So performing high reps of situps does not always equate to having a nice chiseled abs.

Yea, its kind of difficult for me to have small meals due to certain constrains in NS. Hmm wheat products huh. How about vege? Just broccoli? lol

Cardio, i think i can handle that. As you mentioned about having chiseled abs.. single digit body fat sounds really really discouraging all of the sudden haha.

Wish me luck and thanks for the advice!

Masturbation decreases your performance exponentially because it drains your energy. For a start, maybe you can avoid the cheerleader category in porn sites.

At my school NP gym there's a weighing machine that can measure fat percentage. A light current simply goes through your feet to determine the resistance. Conventional weighing machines bought from NTUC supermarkets won't have this function for sure.

Last year I used it and it read like 9% lol. Kinda inaccurate I think. Bruce Lee had 7% and the Vincent Ng book says the average man has around 15%. Mine should be around 10-15%.
