Any workout routines after you wake up?

I was wondering if there is a workout routine after you wake up. Something that is not tiring and fast but can still energize you for the day ahead.

If a long workout routine early in the morning is too much of a hassle for you, try doing a few minutes of simple stretching. It can help energise you for the day ahead :)

I usually do stretching and walking for a few minutes. Moving those numb arms and legs. Stretching those back from a prolonged position while sleeping keeps my body alive to start the day.

I would recommend a martial arts warmup routine called M100 workout. It has gained some popularity in youtube as well. Basically consist of 3 sets of 3 bodyweight exercises (not too difficult and no harmful impacts) without rest and can be completed in 3 (yup THREE) minutes. The effects are so intense that some people swear it is better than a 40 minute jog.

My morning workout is usually something very simple and slow, usually some stretching and a light jog.
