I have not tried this before, but one of my friend actually bought weights and all to do this 90 days workout.. Personally, i am skeptical of routines that promises such great transformation within such a short period of time.

P90X? I'd rather buy a Stairmaster. Solves practically EVERYTHING.

I've watched some friends and family members try P90X, but it's too rigid and routine for me. I just like working out however I feel like I need to for the day. I don't have a lot of hard and strict goals to reach, so I just want to keep in shape and stay fit. Sticking to a routine like that would make me very bored.

I had excellent results with P90x. I have done 5 rounds of it to date and am just waiting on P90x2 to arrive in about a week. I would suggest swapping out some of the cardio though as some of it is not very challenging. I combined it with Insanity, Asylum and training for a half marathon.

I've heard that people get good results with P90x. I haven't personally tried it though. The video makes it sound exciting and challenging.

I'm on P90X and loving it, GO FOR IT.

Anyway, I just posted a short thread on it!

It can keep some outfit for some of the outfit. I can't do some of the workout. This includes yoga. But I also like the kenpo and the other workout.

I probably wouldn't be able to commit to it. I know some people who have tried it with okay results. I'd rather do something less intense that will still help keep me in shape. I'd rather not practically kill myself to lose weight. It's kind of counterproductive.:)

I did 2 rounds of P90X. Also completed Insanity, Les Mills Combat, Body Beast, Ultimate Reset.
Whether or not it works depends on individual's commitment.
But these home fitness programs are a good starting point for those who are determined. Just follow the video, follow the schedule, eat right (Shakeology), and you will be on the right path.
Determination is KEY!
