I'm a 31-year-old mother to a very active two-year-old boy. While chasing a toddler around certainly has its fitness benefits, I've started in the last few months to finally get back on the horse and actually work out for real. It's been slow going, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a pre-pregnancy body sooner or later!
