Core training article on BB: Bodybuilding.com - Hard Core Training: 3 Muscle-Building Core Workouts

Zuzka Light, if you prefer not to use "scary" dumbbells: Bodybuilding.com - Six-Pack Attack: Zuzka Light's Strong Abs Workout Video

Gaining muscle mass + losing fat from a woman's perspective: Bodybuilding.com - Building Muscle Mass!
And she's overqualified to give those simple opinions honestly, she could be dealing with far deeper bodybuilding science issues than this.

Lastly, if you have quite high body fat to start with, expect to lose some weight, and so the MM to Weight ratio would improve along with weight decrease.

But if you have low body fat to start with, then you might see MM to weight ratio improve along with weight INCREASE. But trust me, you'd feel healthier and more capable than ever before.

Welcome to the idea of "Bodybuilding" where getting stronger and looking better are goals, but looking better is still more primary a goal than getting massively strong.

Nice to hear you can do 2 pull-ups! Pull-ups are one of the best exercises to train the back and core muscles.

Do you have any fitness goals, etc?

Arms: Bodybuilding.com - Bare Your Arms: Jen Jewell’s Armageddon Workout

Back/Pull Ups: Bodybuilding.com - Yes, You Can Do Pull-Ups For Major Reps. Here's How!

Y'know, its hard work to find and read these articles, but really on forums folks typically don't have the knowledge, or the language, or the time to type out long how-to articles. So do the work yourself and read all those articles and more posted above. The folks who wrote those articles really know their stuff way more than most of us. Besides putting pictures of themselves doing what they preach, and hell they look way better than I

Once you get the knowledge for yourself...getting down to doing stuff is going to be a piece of cake.Theoretically, of course.

If you are looking to increase pull-up reps, you could invest in a pull-up bar (if you haven't). Given that you can do 2 reps at one go now, you could try completing 20 reps over the course of a day. Each time doing 1-2 reps. This method really helped me bringing up my pull-ups reps from 15 or so to 35+. I tried forcing 10 reps each mount of the bar and aim for about 150 reps in total a day.

It may be hard to believe, but squats trains your core hard. Lots of stabilizing muscles are used when doing squats, and your core is one main muscle that it supporting the barbell on your back.
