Now, I'm not necessarily saying that all the 100++ members in this forum (as of August 2011) should keep a log on this forum, but I strongly believe that it is a good practice that each and every one of you practice a form of logging your training, be it weight lifting or other physical training that is essential to the sport that you play or principle that you practice.

I mean, cutting all that crap. There're 100 over members. Don't tell me all of you intended to just read up about health and fitness for fun, right? Don't hide in the corner and stay mum, we don't bite. Speak up and say hi - you'll feel the bromance sooner or later. So... Cheers!

Creating an online workout journal is a great way to stay motivated and have others help you out on your path to attaining your goal

I actually plan to do it. But I will prefer to keep it private. Can I?

I dont see a need to keep it private. If it's public here is open for (constructive) criticism which can help u improve, can motivate u (hopefully).
