Im not sure whether this is the right section to post this.

I was wondering if sleeping Postion/Posture will effect on the muscle recovery or maybe the shape when it's growing? Like maybe you sleep on either side of your body after a bicep/chest workout, and the weight of your body will tends to pressure only on one side? And the one side which is being force will recover or grow slower than the other side. Was just curious.

Sorry for my lame or ridiculous question and my bad english.

In a normal situation, when you sleep, your body will subconsciously move itself around, hence you need not worry about one side having more pressure than the rest. Also you will not be able to control your movements when you sleep.

What i think is more important is having sufficient sleep hours. That would significantly affect muscle recovery.
