Would like to share this piece of info i found in an email,

Drinking water at certain time maximizes it's effectiveness on the body:

2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organ

1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

ive just realised that i like to keep water in my mouth for about 3-5 seconds before i start swallowing lol. becoming a bad habit.

Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning instead of plain water can be detoxifying too. An Aunty shared that with me, said it can help clean your insides. But need to use straw to drink as lemon water can errode teeth bcos of it's acidity

They say u shd do that will cold water if u taking it with hot food. Help warm the water b4 u swallow... Cold water shd not go with hot food.. Shd try not to do it often as I heard it can promote cancer in long run..

If you are drinking water FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, remember to wash your mouth first.

You do not want an overnight worth of microorganism growth all slurped down your throat.

hmm unless from the time u wake and the time u walk to the toilet to brush teeth u dont swallow saliva? for me it could be 30mins before i brush teeth lol.
