Gym: Evolve MMA membership

Hi all, I'm looking to transfer my evolve gym membership due to heavy work commitments.
-membership left with 8 months (started in July 2019)
-monthly cost that you will be paying when I transfer the membership to you: $352.03 per month (subjected to when you want the transfer, the months left may differ).
However, I'm willing to let go at $200-$250 per month.
Comes with free boxing gloving. In very good condition (only used once)
Willing to bear the transfer fee.
