Hi There,

I had only been jogging frequently (only at amk area) for the past months from 4km - 8km respectively.

Its kind of bored at times.

And my weight cant seems to be lowered anymore and i am hoping to get a more lean body. :)

Am hoping to find mind alike who wish to keep healthy together and also at the same time perhaps trying out something new like running other areas, circuit training and etc?

Do let me know if you are fine in staying a healthy life together. :)
