Exercises to help broken ankle?

I recently broke my ankle but it is slowly starting to get better as I am now able to walk. Only problem is it feels a little stiff since I haven't moved it much. Can anyone reccommend me some exercises/stretches to do to help it get back to normal? I am going to check out some videos online to see if there are any good ones.

I may not be an expert on bone structures, but would definitely recommend u to let your ankle recover fully before doing any major lower body exercises or movements. A broken ankle is not something to be overlooked!! Rest well and recover fast bro :cool:

Some slight stretches and movements can help during the later recovery stages? I feel it really depends on your injury. The extent of it and the way you hurt yourself. The best would be to approach a reliable specialist and ask for tips to speed up the recovery.

I was at the doctors today to get an xray and my ankle is still broken. It is probably going to take about another few weeks for it to fully heal. Sucks because I can't exercise or play sports. Hopefully it will heal quick!
