A short intro about myself:

- An intermediate weightlifter, who is comfortable with weights and working out alone.
- An Anytime Fitness member, who frequent the branches in the North-East region of Singapore.
- Bench Press@60kg, Squat@80kg, Leg Press@290kg
- Currently bulking at 80kg, of height 169cm.

I am here to befriend like-minded individuals that are into bodybuilding and powerlifting, who are preferably as motivated and experienced with weightlifting.

Hi. I frequent between Pasir Ris Elias AF and Buangkok AF (@Hougang Green Shopping Mall).

I go to the gym almost every day, with every alternate day being Abs day. While the remaining of the day would be my usual split body parts workout.

How is the crowd at One KM AF?

Never too crowded as far as I've seen, but I usually drop by on weekday mornings. Weekends aren't too bad and the place is nicely maintained.

I see. Mind if I join you for training sometimes at AF One KM? I can't join you regularly though due to geographical and timing constraint. I will pm you from now on.

Hey you both (AFdaily + Chrisdejoya), mind if I join the gang at AF One KM =)
I frequent AF ONe KM around 3 to 5 times a week depending on my schedule, usually in the afternoons and sometimes late night.
Just abit on myself, I started gyming in March this year but of late, been hitting a plateau. Don't seem to be growing in size or strength anymore. I usually gym alone but hoping to find some gym kaki to motivate and push each other and share tips.

yea glad to exchange notes next time we meet
i recently started ard 2months back a 5 day split training regime
- chest /abs; back; shoulder / abs; legs ; arms / abs, but i mix it up abit every now and then, depending on my schedule for the week
- meals mainly chicken breast and egg white, i try to take ~600gm chicken breast /day.I'm probably not taking enough though lol
i'm at 1.78m, 80kg btw.
