I'm quite fat (about 102kg right now) and am kind of motivated to shed off some weight now but am looking for buddies to ensure that I don't chicken out or get lazy to exercise! Maybe 2-3 times a week,or more? Or less. Flexible schedule.
I am not a huge fan of visiting the gym though I am not totally against the idea.
But alternative exercise methods (ie. running outdoors, playing badminton, table tennis, etc) is good with me too. Or workout regimes if you know of any good ones?
Would be great if you were also overweight so we can do similar exercises? Or if you are someone fit looking to motivate someone, I am also open to it.
