Just wondering if there are any girls who would like to attend Spinning/ Steps/ TRX classes together at California Fitness.
Here's a glimpse of my fitness level:
I'm a semi-regular at Spinning classes (drop off when work gets hectic/ when I get lazy). Have tried a couple of beginners' Steps classes before and wouldn't mind revisiting them. Have never tried TRX classes before, am very new to strength training, hardly any muscle mass, only recently started training at home.
I prefer the Orchard gym, weekday evenings/ weekend afternoons. However, I'm glad to accommodate if you're keen on doing the above together at other branches/ timings. I hardly ever use the machines at the gym but if you're looking for a gym workout (no classes) buddy, I'm up for that too.
