Hey guys! Been working out without using apps but have recently been bombarded by friends and colleagues to jump on the fitness app/band bandwagon. Need help! PS: Sorry if some of the questions are specific, I'm a research analyst and we tend to be quite detailed 1. Do you use a health app on your smartphone? 2. If yes, which app(s) do you use? 3. What information do you look at on the app(s) 4. Do you find the app(s) useful? If yes, how do you find them useful? 5. Do the app(s) you use lack or miss anything? I go to the gyM, run and do yoga quite abit so would be useful to know which apps are the best for these! My friends have told me that some apps can accurately measure your heart rate and performance but I'm sceptical. Really keen to get your thoughts! Thanks all !
