Hello! I’m looking for a gym buddy who’s more experienced (relatively compared to me) in weightlifting, looking for someone to motivate and help me in that area! I do want someone more experienced because I’m a noob and I need someone to critique and improve my form I have been lifting weights and doing on/off cardio (HIIT, treadmill, rowing machine, spin bike) for a while now, and I have practised Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai before. My goals are to lower my body fat % (to look leaner and more toned) and to build strength at the same time, and also to increase my overall level of fitness!
