I just join this forum today and I hope to learn a lot about fitness and exercise and ways to stay healthy. I also like to learn a thing or two about weight loss because I'm having problem with my weight. It keeps going up and never seems to want to go down. I hope there are some good advice here on how to lose weight fast and quick but in a healthy way.
I've thought about going on a crash diet but then that doesn't seem to be healthy and I'm just so lazy to exercise. If there's a method where one can lose weight without exercising, I'm all ears.
