Hi fellow fit kakis!

I am currently trying out a water fast for detox and shredding at the same time.

Right now I..

1) consume nothing but water
2) work out 4-6 times a week
3) consistent with 20-30 mins cardio followed by compounded high intensity and high volume workouts

I am in my 3rd day of fast and I am concerned bout losing too much muscle mass in the process

Will it be advisable if I add in bcaas pre-workout and multi-vits supplements daily?
