Hello everyone

I am 19 this year, 67kg and 1.73m

I have been working out alot to look lean like those abercrombie models..lol

However, i am very sad because there does not seem to be progress =(

I hate my chest area..it seems that the layer of fats there will never go away....what should i do about it?

I gym quite often and burn about 300-400 calories on the threadmill each time..i also do exercises for my back, chest and shoulder area.. but i am worried that since there is a layer of fats there, won't working out the muscles there make the fats more prominent?

I Am most sad about my chest and stomach...cos my chest has like a mini man boob and my stomach is always not flat..haha

What should i do>??

If anything, you shd not stop working out. Just keep going at it and increase the intensity if need be. results take time...

If u stop working out, ur muscles will start to lose its tone and wont that make whatever fat there is there, even more obvious?

What you can do is continue working out, especially work on the big compound exercises like squats, deadlifts and bench presses. At the same time, look out on your diet. If you want to lose weight, cut down on the calories. Diet is a crucial part of the equation which many people often overlook.

good luck!

Not to mention maybe if you actually started training your legs too, it'd make some significant changes.
