I know it sounds weird.. but I just hate the sight of my bulging tummy haha.. after giving birth to 2 kids the excess fats doesn't seems to go away.. Most people I met said that, it looks ok and that I shouldn't be bothered but I can’t help it. It bothers me. So appreciate if someone out there who can assist me to provide some tips on how to lose that tummy and toned up my body... I will be starting my part time job soon so I should have time to exercise in the afternoon. Or maybe somebody who can access and recommend the type of exercise... I am 68kg.
