LF female fitness trainer to my condo gym

Hi i am looking to lose around 20kg-30kg within 3months and i am more inclined to work with a female fitness trainer.

I am looking for >3 sessions per week and flexible timing that is preferably 3pm-6pm or evening time, Central area.

Do pm me with your hourly charge or for more information.

I have a female trainer avail to train you.

the condo is in the central area?
are u also willing to travel out, to within the central area, if need be?

will need to check with her thrice weekly rates; some trainers charge each session individually, regardless of how many sessions you take each week.

her single session is 80 for off peak hours btw.

before i revert back, one quest id need to ask(which any female trainer would ask) is why specifically a female trainer? care to share with me so i ca answer her when she asks?

I am only comfortable to train within my condo gym actually. My condo is like 5 mins drive away from Dempsey.

I need to lose 30kg within 3months so i am going to take minimum 3 sessions per week and if my body permits then 4 sessions per week. Most importantly i need to start this program asap. 80/session for off peak hours is fine by me.

Well i prefer female trainer because (i am sorry) i am very homophobic. I believed the female trainer has nothing to be afraid of as my gym is on ground floor and open view ( glass panel ) and i am only available 3pm-6pm. I'm doing mostly cardio exercise to lose weight fast thus there's no need to lift weights or squat heavy weights that will need male assistance.

My condo gym is really very well equipped and may even surpass the standards of some commercial gym.

So do update me and i appreciate your effort very much.

Ok I respect your personal opinions if that is your comfort zone. However I would need to state that for fat loss, it is mandatory that you include strength training into your program. You could always do cardio on your own; but it's optimal and essential that you include a strength program to aid your goals.

Also, may I say that losing 30kg in 3 mnths may not be ideally healthy nor safe for anyone regardless of age and fitness level. The best u should be looking at is 1-1.5kg drop per week. Dropping too much too fast maybe detrimental in my opinion.

Could I know the location of your condo?

If all's good, I'll let u know of her availability of ure still on with a female trainer.

Ok. My trainer is avail to commence sessions at your location at within the specified time.

When would u be seeking to commence?

We could meet up for a goal setting, all 3 of us, and start the session after, or on another day if u prefer/arnt avail on that day.

Would u also prefer communicating elsewhere? Whatsapp, or even Line?

Wow sorry i did not see your reply until today. This website has some issues with my browser that warned me against opening the webpage.

Anyway i already have 2 prospective trainers on trial this week and 1 on another week. I think u are a little too late =(
