I am a female standing at 168cm and weigh at around 60. My goal is to get leaner and toned body. I am not super fat but have that belly.. my jobs require me to eat and drink. So I want to have a flat tummy! I work split shift, I stay and work in the central. It would be good to have a trainer to guide me in the usage of gym equipment, assess my body fat and push me harder to achieve results.
