    Hi there,

    I'm looking for a personal trainer, preferred female.

    I'm looking to lose weight- lower my body fat percentage to 13%, tone up and to build lean muscle mass.

    I'm keen to train three times a week.

    The package should include training plans and meal plans.

    Training will take place at a condo gym. at tampines.
