Hi all I am new to this forum. I am Vietnamese student doing my studies in Singapore. I am looking for a fitness buddy to go gymming / jogging / other fitness activities around Clementi area. I have been going to the ActiveSG gym at Clementi for about 6 months now, and able to gain some muscle mass. Recently, I find my fitness motivation to be waning so I think it's good if I can find a fitness buddy to go together. Some stats about me: Male, 26, 1.67m, 70kg (not exactly the fittest haha!). Been going to the gym for 6 months. I'm looking to increase muscle mass / decrease my fat percentage and also lose some weight (my target is 65kg). Can jog for 45 minutes non-stop at an average pace (have done a 21km half-marathon before), can swim 20 laps * 50 m comfortably. Can bench press 40kg (20kg per side), deadlift 60kg (30kg per side) and squat 30kg (15kg per side). I'm looking for fitness buddies who are aiming for similar goals (losing weight, building muscle mass).
