Hey guys! I'm new here and basically long story short, I need someone to help me stay motivated throughout till June.
I'm a noob but not entirely a noob coz I've been to gyms before. It's just that I'm not entirely familiar with all the equipments.
Fitness wise, I'm mainly looking into strength training. A little weights here and there won't hurt. Overall physique I just want a toned body and shred a few pounds down.
I don't want to be over ambitious so I'm sticking to once a week for gym (Sunday). I'm currently conditioning my body on Wednesdays and Fridays so I have rest days in between.
So hit me up if you're down to help me achieve my goals and I'll do my best to do the same for you
