Hi! Im a female student planning to lose 10kg and build up my muscles. I'm looking for someone who can keep me motivated and help me achieve this goal. Female or male doesn't matter. I usually lift Dumbbells so I'm not that sure of some equipments.
I posted a thread in this section too. Hoping to form/join a small fitness group to motivate each other. Staying around serangoon north. I prefer to mix up the trainings though (circuits, swim, run, gym, cardio etc.) to make it more fun? Haha, like to sustain an enjoyable healthy lifestyle.
