I'll have to improve gradually. I'll try get 10min10s first. I did some weight training for my chest and arms today.

Foreigners seen in condo gym during workout: 2 pinoy & 1 prc

What I had for dinner today!
6 slices of bread w/
3 slices of black pepper ham,
philadelphia cream cheese, and
chili sauce.

Couldn't find any vegetables in the fridge so had to make so with an apple for fibre :(

Had a terrible run again this evening. 2.1km in 10mins :(

I really need to let my body recover every few workouts and take a chill pill.
My legs have not recovered from yesterday's squats.

2.4km for 1st IPPT -> 10min48s
2.4km for 2nd IPPT -> 10min3s

Went CCK gym yesterday for some weights:
Squat 60kg -> 4 x 8
Chinup -> 1st set 13 reps, 2nd set 10 reps
Deadlift 60kg -> 4 x 10
Windshield wiper -> 1st set 12 reps, 2nd set 8 reps
Bench press 45gk -> 4 x 10

Thanks. I aiming for a 9min50 - 9min 59s. Anything below 10mins. After this target then I can aim for the IPPT Gold.
Why not just aim for 9:45>

Greetings from Tekong. I am proud to say I've just achieved a Gold for my 3rd IPPT test of BMT today!!!

Here is my score:
SBJ: 234cm (4 points)
Shuttle Run: 9.5s (5 points)
Chin Ups: 12 (5 points)
Sit Ups: 43 (5 points)
2.4KM: 9 MINUTES 25 SECONDS (YES YES YES)
