My Training Routine & Steroid Cycle

I'm not sure if this is the forum for me to share my training, dieting and discuss my steroid usage. I've spoken to alot of people in the gym and in my opinion alot of them are so misinformed. Wrong traning, over training, wrong dieting and worst wrong steroid usage. I hope I'm able to educate some people who are so hell bent on using steroids without some basic knowledge. If you wanna use, at least do it the right way.

I'll post training, dieting as well as steroids cycles whenever I've time. By the way, my stats are as below.

Height: 1.82m
Weight: 120kg
Bodyfats: est 12-14%
Training History: 15 years
Steroids Usage: too many under the belt

The Below cycle is design for beginners who just step into the darkside of bodybuilding.

12 weeks bulking cycle

Week 1-6: 60mg of D-bol ED
Week 1-12 : 500mg of Sustanon EW (250mg on Mon & 250mg on Fri)

PCT / Post Cycle Therapy (very important if you wanna keep your gains)

Wk 15-16: 40mg of Nolvadex ED
Wk 17-18: 20mg of Nolvadex ED

EW = Every Week
ED = Everyday
