tried to Gym 2 years ago but due to tight schedule, stopped for very long.

Currently type: Lean
Target Build: lean fit, not into Hulk or Barbarian, LOL
Target training Period for resuslt: 6 weeks or longer
About Me: 30 chn 174 64, Male
About you: 18-30, Male Only, Serious in Gym for muscle mass.
Training Schedule: 3-4 per week Evening @ TPY, Delta, Hougang clubFit
