Hello fellow fitness freaks!

Though many are skeptical of home-based fitness routines, I would like to share one which I'm currently OBSESSED with. It is called P90X.

It is regime consisting of 90 days worth of extreme exercises and thus the name. P90X is a mixture of strength, cardio, aerobics and endurance exercises.

The P90X package comes with a nutrition guide, manuals of exercise routines, record sheets to note down your progress and CDs of videos of the exercises you would be doing. It is proven from the thousands over the world that if you stick to the programme planned for you, you will literally rip(reap) the rewards.

P90X appeals to me greatly due to these few simple reasons; it is home-based(you practically just need a pull-up bar, a yoga mat and dumbbells); you are professionally guided throughout the whole workout and even after(nutrition plans and recovery methods and the very fact that results are assured if you're willing.

The only negative I have for it, its not as simple as it sounds. I'm day 4 into it, I'm suffering but I'm loving it. If you're interested, do check it out!
