Most importantly, I am a great listener and understanding trainer who wishes to zoom in on goals and targets instead of just "coasting through fitness lessons, session after session" and just going through the motions with no specific aims in mind.

Squats: three sets of 8–15 reps. 3 sets of 8–15 repetitions on the bent-over row. Deadlifts: 2 sets of 8–15 reps. Bench press twice for between 8 and 15 reps.
