Hey guys, just looking for some advise here.
I heard protein diet is the fastest way to lose all the unwanted weight and all.
Eating just pure lean meat, chucknorris style.

Just wondering if its harmful to add on some gym time to get some muscles going after my long distance runs?

Help pl0x:)

It really depends on your body type, and how your body responses to your workouts. Generally speaking, it is not advisable to lift heavy after a long distance run. You will not be able to perform with peak energy, and you will tend to overtrain. Better to seperate such workouts at least a day or two apart.

A safe and fast way to lose "unwanted weight" would be to mix exercise with a healthy well balanced diet in small meals spread out throughout the day. Do not just eat meat.
