I really think ordinary protein powder would do. Nutrifirst or any other brand; you can buy the cheaper ones, they may differ in quality by a tad but the effect won't be discernible. Also, long-term consumers of protein powder have commented that once usage is stopped, their muscles tend to become less defined and "fatty" haha. That's what my dragon boater friends tell me. On top of that, reliance on such artificially-derived protein may cause your body to gradually lose the ability to absorb less-refined albeit natural sources of protein. So the best is only drink after your workout and don't drink during non-workout days.hey guys, what brand of protein powder should i get,i'm looking to get buff yo!
and i see amino acid, what are those?
