I'm interested in

1) learning compound movements for weight training (i.e. bench press, squat, deadlift, etc.), as well as
2) improving my power so I can get better at explosive movements like sprinting and jumping (my guess is that the best way to do this would be via pylometrics, but am open to any training method)

I'm a female in my late 20s of moderate fitness, and prefer a personal trainer who has trained someone of my profile.

Hi Ms YWCG,

My name is Raja and I am a power bodybuilder who is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. Since what you're looking for to learn are within my expertise, I believe I would be a good choice for your training needs!
However, I would suggest that we have an orientation session first, where you will orientate me your current fitness/resistance training level & knowledge so that I know how to better improve your training capacity.
After that, we would take some body composition measurements, do some evaluative paperwork, goal setting, before you decide if you'd like to engage my services.
My rates and other information could be looked up in my page http://www.rajafitness.wordpress.com.
Thank you.

Hi Raja, thanks for replying. I think I'll pass, as I'm already doing trial sessions with quite a few trainer. That, and the fact that you live on the other end of Singapore, wouldn't be convenient. Appreciate the response though.

Hi Ms YWCG,

Thank you for reverting back to me. It is great that you are already engaging other trainers to help you in your fitness journey! Hopefully, you will absorb a lot of knowledge and improvements from your trainings with them.

All the best.

PS: I'd really appreciate it if you could refer me to anyone you know who might want personal training to build muscle or lose body fat! Thanks.
