I have tried the stealthy.co add-on before, for chrome. But after a reboot of my mac, my entire chrome preferences was deemed "corrupt" and the preferences reseted to default, losing all my add-ons and browsing history in the process. Luckily bookmarks were not stored under preferences. Just sharing my experience in using stealthy.. it may work well for your computer.
an alternative to pandora would be grooveshark, www.grooveshark.com
the music quality is quite good for a streaming site. it has a "radio" function too. but more importantly also its free, and u don't have to dl stealthy or whatever proxy or VPN service to enjoy it in singapore.

right now a good way is just use a VPN service like hidemyass
