Creatine in general makes u swole (cos it kinda retains water in ur muscles). The good part is it gives u more "endurance" during reps. Say u can do a certain weight for 3reps. After creatine loading, u may be able to hit about 7-9reps at that same weight. At least this was what creatine did to me. more reps, heavier weights, etc would naturally lead to better gains.
I stopped taking it after a couple of months tho.. makes ur body swole.. makes the face swole also. aint cool hahah
