On 23rd July 2011, SWF will be organising its Singapore Weightlifting Open competition at the Youth Park. The competition will, for the first time, incorporate a powerlifting lifting competition. Categories available are as follows (subject to changes and overall registrations received). Participation fee per person is S$25
