Imagine that you keep smoking those cigarettes and what you see is your kids and your grand kids coming to look at you in your casket, crying because they can't speak with you anymore because you committed a slow suicide with tobacco. Your face is shrivelled, your skin looks bad and they will never think of you in the same way.

But IF you cut down to half a pack of cigarettes each day this month, and to a cigarette each day next month and finally throw the pack away, wouldn't it be something to see you healthy and happy, having fun, playing with those grand kids?

Just something for all you smokers out there to think about. I hope this motivates you to quit.

The health effects of smoking cigarettes are horribly destructive and in many cases, deadly. Approximately 7000 chemicals, have been identified in cigarettes and cigarette smoke to date, 250 of which are poisonous and 70, carcinogenic. Science is far from finished in its exploration of the composition of manufactured tobacco products, and the chemical count is still increasing.

The ingredients and additives in cigarettes affect everything from the internal functioning of organs to the efficiency of the body's immune system. The health effects of cigarette smoking are destructive and widespread.

Leave it as early as possible!
