Steve Jobs narrates the first Think different commercial "Here's to the Crazy Ones". It never aired. Richard Dreyfuss did the voiceover for the original spot that aired:Cult of Mac tribute video:
btw this message is on Limp Bizkit's results may vary album lyrics booklet! I remember reading it years ago."Here's to the Crazy Ones. The misfits. The rebels. The trouble-makers. The round pegs in the square holes.
The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status-quo.
You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify, or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things.
They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world - are the ones who do."
after reading the book iCon, i realized steve actually did many wrong/bad things in the past. he had this "ability" to get credit out of other people's work... but overall he is a genius in many areas. i don't really agree with his style of leadership but must admit that his leadership led to many amazing products.I'm pretty sure he had many enemies.
I'm halfway thru his bio by walter isaacson. My impression of Steve is he is a real expert at manipulating people for his cause. his minions call it his "reality distortion field".
