Come join us for workout/training sessions with our equipment (Freestyle lifting/Strongman) at Marymount! Book a session with us any day of the week, or simply join a scheduled session.

Doesn't matter if you have never lifted in your life, underweight, overweight, male or female, old or young... If you're free of health problems, give this a shot! With this activity, you can:
