STOMPer Hokkaido was appalled to see two students openly kissing and behaving intimately at a the playground in front of her block of flats yesterday afternoon (Jan 12).
She said:
"From when I finished work and came home around 4.30pm, I saw two students behaving intimately at the foot of my block.
"The guy was groping the girl. I couldn't believe my eyes.
"I looked down from my house, and took a few photos. They were at it till 6.30pm."
