Not to diss the squatting exercise, but I think the girl looks much better than the exercise. Just show this picture to anyone who laments that their exercise regime is not producing results, especially if that exercise regime comprises of nothing but running.

You know I saw the same two when I commented. But if I have learned anything, is to just hold judgement and enjoy the view. Cuz anyone who knows their stuff wouldn't be misled by demonstration of poor form. And if she has an ass like that, my first pick up line for sure won't be about her shoes.
