no. i think physics clearly states that the every force have a equal and opposite pair!
and if the box is not heavy and you would use the amount of force to open the box as you would to an empty box, the box would simply fly off into the air and disappear into the mist of glory, because there is negligible weight as a opposite force as the force you applied to open the empty box!
