Singapore's high confidence course.. quite imba too


a friend of mine broke his shoulder bone in one of the ladder stations.. had to put mini screws in his shoulder to hold it together..well in the past it was just your toggle rope for safety during this course ;)

The SOC is comparable I think. We are carrying SBO items while they are simply wearing a T-shirt. For the "slide for life" station at 4:50 of the video time, I was amazed to see him stay above the rope and slide down.

Surely there will be a time they actually do the soc course with equipments, this vid probably just an example of the course.

The slide looks so safety free, like no harness or anything. Xiong
