And so begins the song that busker Daniel Ng, 53, has been singing for the past two weeks, all over Singapore.
Mr Ng, who is blind, decided to pen this song to the tune of "Streets of London" after hearing the candidates being mentioned repeatedly over the news and among his family members.
"I hope the next president can rally the Singapore spirit and be proactive in helping people in need on the ground," he said.
