First of all we must be determined to remain slim and work towards it. Develop a mind set towards it. Never skip meals as you tend to eat more, the next meal. Do not skip breakfast in particular. Start a cardio + weights workout.

If you want to lose weight, you're not alone. While there are many things you can do to shed pounds, losing weight too quickly can be dangerous. Fad diets, diet pills and fasting may help you reduce the number on the scale, but these methods can cause severe health complications.

However, if you are generally healthy and you're determined to drop several pounds quickly, then I would advise you to follow certain procure.

Please follow couple of my advice:

1. If you burn 500 more calories than you eat every day for a week, you should lose about 1-2 pounds.

2. If you want to lose weight faster, you'll need to eat less and exercise more. For instance, if you take in 1,050 to 1,200 calories a day, and exercise for one hour per day, you could lose 3-5 pounds in the first week, or more if you weigh more than 250 pounds. It's very important not to cut calories any further -- that's dangerous.

3. Limiting salt and starches may also mean losing more weight at first -- but that's mostly fluids, not fat.
Keep in mind that when you reduce sodium and cut starches, you reduce fluids and fluid retention, which can result in up to 5 pounds of fluid loss when you get started.

Hope so it would help.
