I always feel strength and flexibility in my belly muscles after doing them for 10 minutes. I often count the time for such activity, it helps me in developing the stamina and endurance.

i like to do yoga during quarantine. its easy to do and can be done at home. anyone can do it .best exercise ever.

Highly recommend to try out Joe Wicks on youtube. His short HIIT workouts are fuss-free and effective

Good workout. I've been using it for a long time now. The results were immediately noticeable. But with time I switched to a heavier one.
