Bright color fruits will do the job better than any bottled drink any time any where. I always prefer to eat fresh fruits for my dose of vitamins because they are easily available and affordable too. Thanks for the warning.
My mom used to buy water that the manufacturer said is enhanced with oxygen and was claimed to be able to cure many illnesses. I was skeptical and I think if my mom felt better after drinking the water, it's just the placebo effect. Why should oxygen be introduced to water when water already contains oxygen? Really ridiculous.
I knew that these kinds of drinks couldn't be very healthy when I first looked at one and they contained more sugar than a soda. Why pretend to be drinking something healthy when you're actually doing harm to your body? I don't drink any sweetened drinks because it's a good way to add a bunch of invisible calories to your body.
