Hi. I started sprinting and some weight training when I felt my age was catching up. Sprintings great for increasing growth hormone levels. .. It's the hormone responsible for keeping us youthful. It gives u a sustained after burn effect up to 48 hrs after workout. I'm not a fast runner. .. Just doing it for health. Very few people I know sprint as their regular routine though. Please join me, male, female, young or old, any race. Prefer Toa payoh or kallang stadium. Either Sat or Sun 10AM
